Our newest product is a full aluminum light bar with mud flap hangers. These are made to order to fit each truck specifically.
This Peterbilt 359 wanted 7 watermelon lights across the center and four 4" rounds each side directly over the mud flap hangers.

Frame Mounts
Our frame mounts are made from 1/4" thick aluminum. We build them of dimensions that you provide this way they follow your exact frame profile. You will be required to drill 4 holes through your frame to mount, this will help with reducing vibrations, making it mount solid and extend longevity. These brackets are tig welded to the light bar all the way around.
Light Bar
Our light bar is made from 6" x 3" .188 aluminum tube, ends of the tube is capped with 1/4" aluminum. Watermelon lights have a 1 3/16" hole for wiring and tapped for mounting screws. The 4" lights have a 4.5" hole for either rubber gasket mounting or safety rings. Lights can be added to the sides and the rear as well for that under glow effect.
Mud Flap Hangers
Mud flap hangers are made from 2" x 2" .25" aluminum angle and stitch welded on. We off set the angle so the mud flap will sit flush with front edge when installed. We also have custom mirrored stainless steel ADK weights available on our web site. We can set it up for your style 1 flap per side or even 2 per side.
Parts are 100% made in the USA.......
Current lead time is 3-4 weeks. Parts come ready for paint with a DA finish. Having them polished is always an option just not something we currently offer at this time. No lights or hardware is provided. We can drill hole for wiring, customer just needs to provide dimensions. Box is fully sealed and protected from the elements. Shipping tends to be high because of dimensional weight. Feel free to give us a call for a shipping quote.
