We ship asap, a lot of our items are made to order. The items we have in stock will go out next business day. You will receive tracking info in a e-mail from us. Every item is shipped insured. If your package shows up damaged, please take pictures and keep all packing material for UPS to check. If this is not done, we will not be able to do anything.

Larger items are expensive to ship, carriers charge a dimensional weight. We do not mark up our shipping, everything on the site is a live rate for the box size and weight per item.
