After being tired of having hitches inside the cab, I came up with a solution. Laser cut from 11ga cold roll steel. Holds 2 hitches and a 7 to 4 pin  adapter. You can lock the  hitches in to prevent thieves from walking away with them. 
Comes with bracket, 4 nut certs, bolts, and washers. 
(Hitches and 4 pin to 7 pin are not included)
